Deposits:
A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total reservation is required to confirm, with a minimum
deposit equal to one nights stay.  Fifty percent (50%) deposit during Christmas , New Years
and special events is required for confirmation.  The balance is due upon arrival.  A minimum
nights stay may be required during Weekends, Holiday's, Special Events & "Season".
Cancellations:  
A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation less a $25 cancellation fee.  For
cancellations made less than 14 days and more than 10 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to
one night’s stay will apply.  The deposit becomes non-refundable for cancellations made within
10 days of arrival date.  For Holidays and Special Event’s a 31 day notice is required, less a
$25 cancellation fee for a refund.  The deposit becomes non-refundable for cancellations made
less than 30 days  prior to arrival for holidays and special events.
